Your Opportunity

At Schwab, we empower our people to make a lasting impact on their careers and in the lives of our clients. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.

Our Advisor Services Business Consulting and Education (BCE) team creates and delivers industry-leading consulting, benchmarking, thought leadership, and education programs that help advisors achieve their goals and gain competitive advantage. The key to our success lies in our team members and community of partners coming together to create highly relevant and scalable programs that turn practice management insights into actionable plans that advisors can implement in their firms.

As a key contributor to our BCE team, you will be responsible for managing several of our talent related programs, including our RIA Talent Advantage Scholarship Programs, our LinkedIn Learning and Continuing Education programs, and external industry sponsorships. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects at once, and comfortable in an iterative, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of program and project management, high organizational and communication skills, and a desire to learn. Positivity, flexibility, transparency, self-leadership, and efficiency are valued on the team, as is the ability to work with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
